| Terms and conditions |
In general:
The terms of trade are applicable to each business transaction. Once an order is placed ther terms are considered accepted.
Contract:
No minimum order quantity. All offers in this Shop are non-binding. Orders accepted by our online shop are confirmed in writing by email.
Prices:
All prices are inclusive of VAT (8,0%).
Terms of payment:
We deliver after receipt of your payment by sofortüberweisung, Postfinance, prepayment or by invoice (max. 50 CHF incl. VAT), payable net in between the 10 following days. If you choose a REKA advice we deliver by invoice. Your payment is understood as an acceptance of our terms of trade. In case of infringement all costs must be carried by the customer.
Delivery:
Delivery lead times indicated are subject to prior sale, actual delivery dates are confirmed once orders are accepted. An order is only considered firm once you receive our written acceptance. A delivery delay does not warrant order cancellation or re-imbursement.
In line with the Swiss commercial code the commodity is dept to fetch by the customer. Thus the vendee carries the risk of a possible goods loss in the case of the supply or after the feed by the post office. This is valid also in case of of partial deliveries.
The customer has to examine the supplied products immediately (but no later than 7 days) after delivery to verify quantity and quality of products, any short shipment and/or damage as well as other objections have to be launched to REKA immediately in writing.
Retention of title:
Up to the receipt of payment in full the delivered goods remains the property of REKA.
Warranty:
The warranty period is generally 6 months starting from the date of receipt of goods. Any further claims can not be entertained. Customer is responsible top pay for cost to return goods.
Applicable law:
All contracts/purchases are subject to the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Liestal / BL shall have final jurisdiction.
Final clauses:
Verbal agreements shall only be binding if they are confirmed in writing by REKA. If individual clauses of these terms should be invalid or become invalid, it shall be replaced with a valid code of the law and it shall not jeopardize the validity of the other terms respectively the agreement in general.
