 21.10.2008: REKA Doubles tournament – a big success
The first REKA Women’s Doubles tournament in Pratteln aroused a lot of interest. 15 couples entered it in order to spend an evening together full of fun and tension and to compete for the first prize.
After the warm welcome by the organising ladies of TC Pratteln followed by a meal of pasta, a buffet of big mixed salads and delicious desserts, the 30 ladies of the Basle region contested for every point to the limit on three courts. At the end, after an enormous effort by both pairs, the couple Gerda Saam/Denise Sarasino beat Therese Borer/Sandra Merz by 4:3 in the final.
All the participants enjoyed receiving products from REKA Vertriebs GmbH. Every lady was given a REKA Stone for an efficient house cleaning. The first prizes consisted of products of Wellness CELMA 3000 line: hair towels and cosmetic pads for the finalists. The winning ladies also received bath towels with REKA logo embroidered on them.
At home, at the swimming-pool, at the sauna or on holiday – you can totally relax and recharge for new engagements with CELMA 3000 products.
01.10.2008: REKA Doubles tennis match
On 18 October 2008, the first REKA Doubles tennis match for women is taking place in the tennis club in Pratteln. The main point in this event is to enjoy sports according to the Olympic credo "It’s all about taking part!" and to be sociable. The tournament is organized by the ladies’ young seniors team 2 of the TC Pratteln; the role of the title sponsor is taken by the REKA Vertriebs GmbH, which has its headquarters there.
The culinary-sociable part of the evening comprises of course also a spaghetti feast. Hostesses cook for the fifteen doubles combinations from the Basel region who will, thus fortified, fight against each other on three indoor tennis courts. We expect exciting games throughout the evening and into the early hours.
Interesting prizes, donated by the title sponsor REKA, are being offered to the semi-finalists and the finalists. REKA wishes all the participants good luck! |
